Slow Cooker Mississippi Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 Smithfield Homestyle Marinated Fresh Pork Roast
  • 1 package ranch seasoning
  • 1 package Au Jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 package instant mashed potatoes, for serving

Directions

  1. Add pork roast to the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and Au Jus packages on top.
  2. Top with stick of butter and pepperoncini peppers, as desired.
  3. Cook pork roast according to package directions (high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours) until tender.
  4. Shred pork roast with fork, and serve over mashed potatoes.
