Creamy Pork and Noodles

  • 1 Smithfield® Slow Roasted Golden Rotisserie Flavor Pork Tenderloin and gravy (reserved from "Easy Homestyle Pork and Browned Gravy" recipe)
  • 4 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup light or regular sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed or 2 teaspoon dried dill weed


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, cut leftover pork tenderloin from the Easy Homestyle Pork and Browned Gravy recipe into thin strips; place into large skillet with the leftover gravy. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat until heated through.
  3. Add drained noodles, sour cream, green onion and dill weed. Stir until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
