Apricot-Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Smithfield® Slow Roasted Golden Rotisserie Flavor Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons apricot or peach preserves


  1. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill tenderloin 18 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F., turning occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mustard and preserves in a small bowl; mix well. Brush tenderloin with mustard mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
  3. Let tenderloin stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
